A sourcing review and a laboratory test are different activities. An independent testing discussion may be appropriate when a suspected non-conformity, observed failure or documented customer requirement cannot be resolved from the available product information alone.
No test outcome is guaranteed. ICLAB must confirm whether a proposed scope is suitable.

Who performs the testing?
ICLAB performs any testing that it accepts under an agreed scope. Dechoele does not perform laboratory tests.
Who issues the report or certificate?
For independent laboratory work, ICLAB issues and owns its reports and certificates. They are separate from Dechoele's own ISO 9001 quality management system certificate displayed above.
Is every published testing area available for every part?
No. ICLAB must confirm the suitability, sample requirements, method and availability for each enquiry.
Does a testing enquiry guarantee an outcome or completion date?
No. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and timing is subject to ICLAB confirmation after the scope is reviewed.
