1. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the Dechoele website operated by HONG KONG DECHOELE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The current rebuilt website does not enable analytics or advertising technology. A future addition of analytics, marketing or another third-party service will require a fresh assessment, updated disclosure and an appropriate visitor choice before activation.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text record that a website asks a browser to store. Cookies may support security, remember a visitor-requested function or allow a service chosen by the visitor to operate. Similar browser technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs and device identifiers.
Cookie duration may be session-based or persistent. A persistent cookie expires at the stated time unless it is deleted earlier through the browser.

The session and anti-forgery cookies protect website requests and forms. Blocking them may prevent a form, including an RFQ or BOM enquiry, from working securely.
The list cookie is used only for the visitor-requested saved-list function. Blocking or deleting it means that the selected products will not persist in the browser; the visitor may still enter product details manually in the RFQ form.
4. Optional Tidio live chat
Dechoele does not request the remote Tidio chat script when a page first loads. Selecting Enable live chat displays a local disclosure. Tidio is contacted only if the visitor then selects Continue to Tidio.
After activation, Tidio may use its own cookies or similar technologies and may process chat content, contact details, device or connection information and service identifiers. The technologies and durations are controlled by Tidio and may change. Visitors should review the Tidio Privacy Policy before continuing.
The choice to activate Tidio is not remembered by Dechoele between page loads. Selecting Not now, or simply not activating live chat, leaves the remote chat service disabled. Visitors can instead contact Dechoele by email or telephone.
When Tidio is activated, information may be processed in locations outside Hong Kong under Tidio's service arrangements. Further information about service providers and cross-border processing appears in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices
Browser settings normally allow visitors to inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data. The exact controls depend on the browser and device. Deleting cookies may sign the visitor out of a session, clear a saved RFQ list or require security tokens to be issued again.
Visitors who do not want Tidio to connect should not select Continue to Tidio. Dechoele does not currently use a general analytics or advertising consent manager because those technologies are not enabled in the rebuilt website.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when website functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be shown on this page. A material new optional use will be assessed before it is enabled.
